ISLAMABAD: Muhammad Hussain Shiekh alias Munna Sheikh has declared assets worth billions of rupees in his nomination papers for the forthcoming elections.
Surprisingly, the candidate has not paid a single penny in taxes despite possessing such a fortune.
Sheikh contesting from NA-182 and PP-270 declared his assets details having a total value of Rs 4.3 trillion. In his affidavit, Hussain said he had 350 acres land, gardens, three houses and household appliances.
Supreme Court of Pakistan had earlier given verdict in Sheikh’s favour for possession of land in five districts in a case heard for 88 years.
